Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BillRewards website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, using the Service, or becoming a BillRewards member, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. About BillRewards

BillRewards Pty Ltd (“BillRewards”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a money management platform that helps users consolidate, manage, and pay recurring bills, earn rewards, and access membership benefits.

BillRewards is not a bank, lender, or financial adviser. We do not provide credit or hold deposits.

 

2. Eligibility

To use BillRewards, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Be an Australian resident

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use BillRewards.
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Keep your login details secure

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorised access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Bill Management & Payments

4.1 Bill Payments

BillRewards allows you to manage and pay bills using bank-based payment methods, including PayTo, direct debit, BPAY, or other supported rails.

By authorising a payment, you authorise BillRewards and its payment partners to initiate payments on your behalf in accordance with your instructions.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party banking and payment providers. BillRewards does not control processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by banks or billers.

5. Fees

5.1 Membership Fees

BillRewards offers optional paid memberships:

  • Plus Membership

  • Max Membership

Membership fees are charged monthly in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.

You may cancel your membership at any time through the app. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable.

5.2 Transaction Fees

Certain bill payments may incur a transaction fee, which will be clearly disclosed before you confirm payment. Fees vary by membership tier and may be capped per bill.

Transaction fees help cover payment processing costs and fund BillRewards rewards.

 

6. Bill Points & Rewards

Users may earn Bill Points for eligible bill payments and activities.
Bill Points:

  • Have no cash value

  • Are non-transferable

  • May be redeemed only through the BillRewards rewards portal

  • May expire or change at our discretion

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue rewards at any time with reasonable notice.

 

7. Membership Benefits & Cash Giveaways

7.1 Giveaways

Cash giveaways are offered as a complimentary membership benefit for eligible members.

  • Plus members receive 1 included entry

  • Max members receive 5 included entries

Entries are not sold individually and are not required to use the Service.

7.2 Not Gambling

BillRewards is not a gambling company.
Giveaways are conducted as trade promotions incidental to the provision of a legitimate service and are governed by applicable Australian laws.

Giveaway terms, eligibility, and prize details are outlined in separate promotional terms.

 

8. Optional Participation

Using BillRewards does not require participation in giveaways.
Giveaway entries are optional and included only for members who choose to upgrade.

 

9. Promotions & Trade Permits

Where required, BillRewards will obtain relevant permits or notifications for promotional draws. Permit numbers will be published where applicable.

 

10. Third-Party Services

BillRewards integrates with third-party service providers, including banks, payment processors, data providers, and rewards partners.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

 

11. Privacy

Your use of BillRewards is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

 

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • You engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity

  • Required by law or a regulatory authority

You may close your account at any time.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • BillRewards is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify BillRewards against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

 

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use indicates acceptance.

 

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
